Summer Friends ~ Special Needs Camp ~ June 18-21, 2012
Summer Friends Special Needs Camp is a summer camp for children ages 5-21 who have developmental disabilities. There will be many fun indoor and outdoor activities planned for camp! Volunteers will be paired up with the campers to provide one-on-one support.

His Kids Camp
Please help get the word out on His Kids Camp, a camp for special needs campers with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ages 13 thru adults). Our unique feature is that we buddy every camper with their own specially trained volunteer – the same camper and buddy are together the entire time they are at camp! We offer safe, structured activities, geared to each campers ability, that help boost self-esteem and confidence! His Kids Camp is a Christ centered program at Camp Luther, near Schuyler, NE.
We have 2 Spring Retreats coming up THIS MONTH with a few openings left! June 21-22nd is for campers 13 and older. June 28-29 is for SPECIAL NEEDS FAMILIES (children 5 and older) AND we have also opened it up to campers 13 and older.

NEW $100 SCHOLARSHIP AVAILABLE TO THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES:

Thanks to the Central and Northern Nebraska Resource Network, this scholarship will be awarded to ANY special needs camper residing in the Central and Northern Service Areas and can be used 2 times per year to attend camp! This means Retreats will be FREE to those living in these areas!!!! AND can be used for summer camp to greatly reduced the already low cost!!!!!
