The Individualized Family Service Plan to the Individualized Education Program

This workshop will take a look at the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and the Individualized Education Program (IEP). Connie Shockley from PTI Nebraska will discuss the difference between the two as well as tips for transitioning from the IFSP to an IEP.
