Spotting Autism Early: Learn About EarliPoint – Featuring guest speaker Dr. Patricia Zemantic

Dr. Patricia Zemantic and her team have received a grant to help families and professionals in Nebraska learn about a faster way to diagnose autism in young kids (ages 16-30 months).

The tool, called EarliPoint, utilizes eye-tracking technology to measure how toddlers engage socially, which enables professionals to provide a diagnosis much more quickly than traditional methods.

With earlier detection, kids can start helpful therapies sooner, giving them the best chance to thrive while their brains are still growing and developing.
