I wanted to share information about an upcoming collaborative event put on by Wonderfully Made USA, OUR Gathering Place and Unbound Konnect, “The Missing Piece: What is Autism?”. This event is to educate the black and brown community on the signs and symptoms of autism in hopes that we can help close the gap in black and brown children being diagnosed much later than white children. We have vendor spaces available! If you are interested in being a vendor for this event, please fill out the attached vendor form and remit payment as provided on the form. If you have any questions about the event, please let me know. Below is verbiage you can share in your networks and on social media, along with the attached graphic for the event. “Join the founders of Wonderfully Made USA, Our Gathering Place Omaha and Unbound Konnect for this special collaborative event for daycare providers and employees, paraprofessionals, teachers, and parents! We will educate those in attendance on recognizing the signs and symptoms of autism and speak on the barriers of black and brown children being diagnosed much later than white children.

Lunch will be provided for those in attendance. Masks are required.

A $50 nonrefundable deposit is due immediately and should be submitted with this form. This will secure your table at the event. The remaining fees are due by September 15th, 2021. You may pay all fees in advance. In the event The MIssing Piece: What is Autism, is cancelled, all fees will be refunded with the exception of the deposit.

The intent of this agreement is to preclude any and all claims against Unbound Konnect LLC, owner, authorized representative, volunteers, affiliates, sponsors, and any and all persons associated with the Unbound Konnect LLC from any claims, actions, fees, injuries & damages (both person and property) & judgements arising related to participation in any and all events official or unofficial. Sponsors: I agree to the above waiver of liability, including the sale of goods and transactions that may occur at the event from my organization. I as a sponsor or representative am responsible for all transactions that occur during and after the event in regard to all participants (refunds, use of square, receipts etc.). Unbound Konnect LLC holds no liability in regard to refunds of my merchandise or product, or transactions.
