As children approach age 19, there are decisions families need to make for the future. Guardianship is one of the options available to assist with decision making for the young adult. This workshop explores all options in decision making and substituted judgment. Decision making is examined in relation to various forms of substituted judgment including but not limited to Guardianship. A brief overview of the Office of Public Guardian will also be presented. Nina Baker will guide you through the information.
